however if for any reason you are are unsatisfied, we are able to offer an exchange or store credit to the value of the item.
Items must be in original condition, not worn, altered or washed and with tags still attached.
To be eligible for an exchange, you need to notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods.
Items must be returned to us within 14 days.
In the event of an exchange, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you (limited to one exchange).
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping for the original item.
Returned items lost in the post are not the responsibility of Hobo and Hatch.
We are unable to offer refunds for change of mind.
In the unfortunate event you receive a faulty item, we will first offer a replacement.
If we are unable to offer a replacement, you are able to select from a store credit or refund.
